about

Andrew Thomas releases his new single 'The Light On The Train' on March 24th 2023 through @iomusicgroup

The song is co-written with song writer Craig Steer and produced by @mikeyscottstudio.

The song is about living in fear of something going wrong within a relationship. And the light on the train is getting closer and closer and all you can do is think, 'this is going to hurt'. A bit like a bad dream.

The track is the fourth single to be released from Andrew's new album which is due for release in June 2023. It follows 'Out Of Your Mind' which was mastered at @abbeyroad studios and featured Kate Roebuck, 'Broken Home' and his last single 'White Lies' with @michelleterrisinger9950 .

lyrics

Somewhere down the line
like the size of a train
speeding towards me with so much force
will it hit me again?

I'm feeling it tonight
straight up ahead
can anyone help me
I know it's going to tear us apart

Trust in you
secrets and lies
two lost souls working it through
like we're old friends

'Cause there's a distant light
on the horizon
drawing me closer
I don't want to lose her again
